ICTV has built a bridge of friendship between China and Sri Lanka and deepened pragmatic cooperation between the two countries

Sri Lanka international Chinese television station delegation received an exclusive interview with a number of local media in Sri Lanka.

斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台亞太通訊社（編輯楓楊）中國與斯里蘭卡有着歷史悠久的友好往來，自1957年2月7日兩國建交以來，中斯一直保持着友好關係。

【Sri Lanka International Chinese television station Asia Pacific News Service】（Editor Feng Yang）China and Sri Lanka have a long history of friendly exchanges, Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries in February 7, 1957, China has maintained friendly relations.

近年來，中斯兩國在各領域的務實合作不斷走向深化，隨着中國與斯里蘭卡在人文交流、貿易往來、資源共享等方面聯繫增強，許多企業、機構以及單位等積極貢獻力量促進中國與斯里蘭卡多方面交流發展。其中斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台（簡稱「ICTV」）作為溝通斯里蘭卡與中國之間友好交流與發展的平台，發揮着不可或缺的重要作用。

In recent years，China and Sri Lanka continue to deepen pragmatic cooperation in various fields. As China has strengthened ties with Sri Lanka in terms of cultural exchange, trade and resource sharing,many enterprises, institutions and units contribute positively to the development of exchanges between China and Sri Lanka. Among them, Sri Lanka International Chinese television station（abbreviated as 「ICTV「） play an indispensable and important role in to as a platform for communication and development between Sri Lanka and China.

7月19日，斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台代表團一行在素有「東方十字路口」之稱的斯里蘭卡科倫坡接受亞太地區多家媒體採訪。

On July 19, the Sri Lankan international Chinese television delegation was interviewed by a number of media in the asia-pacific region in Colombo, Sri Lanka, known as the "eastern crossroads".

「ICTV對中斯旅遊業發展至關重要，這是推動在斯中國旅遊業發展的一大進步。」斯里蘭卡國家旅遊部部長約翰·安東尼·艾曼努爾·阿馬拉通表示，「ICTV是用一個非常好的形式，傳播到中國，以及世界上其他的地方。因此，ICTV的觀眾將確切地知道他們在中國可以看到的內容以及斯里蘭卡能為中國人民提供如何豐富多樣的體驗。所以說ICTV非常重要，一方面它將促使更多的中國公民來到斯里蘭卡，享受斯里蘭卡人的熱情好客，另一方面也促使對斯里蘭卡感興趣的人來到斯里蘭卡進行投資或是旅遊等。」

「ICTV Network(Sri Lanka International Chinese Television Station) is going to be very important for the development of tourism between China and Sri Lanka, this is a step forward in the promotion of tourism for the Chinese people.」 John Anthony Emmanuel Amaratunga, Minister Tourism Development of Sri Lanka saying,」 For this network, it』s really a detailed formation which will go into all the states in China, and at the same time, to be the rest of the world as well. So that, people who view this will know exactly what they can see in China, what diversity that we have to offer the Chinese People. For this network is very important, Undoubtedly this will promote more Chinese nationals to visit Sri Lanka and enjoy the Sri Lankan hospitality on one side, and also our places of interest to people who are looking maybe for investment or tourism.」

斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台董事Vidura在採訪中表示中國和斯里蘭卡兩國的交往歷史悠久，延續千年的海上絲綢之路，見證着兩國的友誼。中國「一帶一路」倡議，得到了斯里蘭卡的大力支持，達成許多重要共識，造福兩國和兩國人民。中國目前已成為斯里蘭卡最大貿易國、最大基礎建設合作方，多年來為斯里蘭卡貢獻了大量的工作崗位。兩國合作成果初顯，已為兩國人民帶來實實在在的好處。

Chairman of Sri Lanka International Chinese TV Station Mr. Vidura says China and Sri Lanka have a long history of friendship which was witnessed by the millennia-long Maritime Silk Road. 「The Belt and Road Initiative」 from Chinese government has received strong support from Sri Lanka and reached many important consensuses for the benefit of both countries and people. China has now become Sri Lanka's largest trading nation and largest infrastructure partner, and has contributed a large number of jobs to Sri Lanka for many years. The cooperation between two countries have achieved great benefits for people of both countries.

「我們將努力為政府要員、商業領袖和知名學者提供一個高層對話的平台，深化貿易和投資聯繫，推動建立夥伴關係，促進兩國的文化交流，共同推動文化發展。斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台將努力創造一個良好的穩定的合作與投資環境，為兩國企業發展、科技文化交流搭建橋樑，促進雙方基礎建設和文化、科技發展，為人力資源開發、兩國人才交流開放通道。」Vidura說。

「We will strive to provide a platform for high-level dialogues of government officials;We will combine trade and investment to promote the establishment of partnerships;We will promote cultural exchanges between both countries for further cultural development. ICTV will create a good and stable environment for cooperation and investment, building bridges for development of enterprises and scientific exchanges as well as promoting infrastructure construction and cultural and technological development of both sides; and we will open up channels for human resource development and talent exchange between both countries.」 Vidura says.

斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台（S.lank ICTV）台長劉繼明非常開心與亞太地區媒體同行進行友好交流，他在採訪中介紹道：「斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台作為立足亞太地區的國際媒體，設計由國際新聞網站、電視台官網、主流社交網站、主流新聞平台互動、還有手機App、手機電視、網絡電視、衛星電視和網絡直播等傳播媒介。我們與分佈在世界各地的知名媒體初步達成合作或協作意向。我們接下來將在全球多個重要國家和地區設立節目製作和商務代表處，立足亞太，面向世界展示我們的節目。」

And It is composed of international news website, official TV websites, mainstream social networking websites, mainstream news platforms, as well as mobile apps, mobile TV, Internet TV, satellite TV and webcast and other medias. Now We have initial cooperation or collaboration with well-known media around the world. We will set up local institutions in many other important countries and regions around the world to show our programs to the world.」

劉繼明表示斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台即將和亞洲五號衛星合作，節目覆蓋近60個國家和地區，東起日本，西至中東及部份非洲國家，南括新西蘭及北達俄羅斯，覆蓋亞太地區多達1.4億的收視群體。並且得到了許多國際媒體的大力支持。

Liu Jiming says Sri Lanka International Chinese TV Station cooperate with Asia V. Satellite, covering nearly 60 countries and regions as well as 140 million audience in the Asia-Pacific region, east from Japan, west to the the Middle East and parts of Africa, south from New Zealand and north to Russia. And got strong support from international media.

「斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台支持中國『一帶一路』倡議，支持亞太地區和諧發展，推動亞太地區文化、旅遊、經貿、科技、體育、教育等的和諧交流與廣泛合作。」劉繼明說道：「我們將計劃實施一系列促進兩國和諧交流的、促進經濟、文化、旅遊發展的項目，其中包括『中斯體育賽事直播轉播服務』、『中斯旅遊小姐大賽』、『中斯國際人才交流』、『斯里蘭卡板球推廣計劃』、『中斯大學生體育交流活動』、『中斯旅遊文化產品博覽會』、『中斯特色美食交流活動節』、『中斯藝術家系列交流活動』、『中斯音樂演唱會系列活動』、『中斯酒店行業交流會』等等。」

Sri Lanka International Chinese TV Station supports the Initiative of the Belt and Road and is willing to devote to the harmonious development of the Asia-Pacific region and promote harmonious exchanges and extensive cooperation in culture, tourism, economy, trade, science, technology, sports and education there. Liu Jiming says: 「We plan to implement a series of projects to promote harmonious exchanges between China and Sri Lanka and by the way promote mutual economic, cultural and tourism development. Incloud:「Sino-Srilanka Sports Live Broadcasting Service」、「Miss Tourism of China and Srilanka」、「Sino-Sri Lankan International Talent Exchange」、「Sri Lankan Cricket Promotion Program」、「Sino-Srilankan University Sports Activity Exchange」、「Sino-Srilankan Tourism and Cultural Products Expo」、「Sino- Srilankan Distinguished Food Exchange Festival」、「Sino-Srilankan Series Artists Exchange Activity」、「Sino-Srilankan Music Concert Series」、「Sino-Srilankan Hotel Industry Exchange Meeting」 and so on.

據了解，為加強中斯合作交流，加深中斯深厚友誼，在今後，斯里蘭卡國際中文電視台將繼續發揮自身傳播與製作優勢，踐行中國「一帶一路」倡議，堅持平等、開放、創新的友好互利合作原則，促進中斯雙方商貿投資、旅遊開發、文化傳媒、教育就業等方面的合作，為連接斯里蘭卡與中國搭建一座堅實的橋樑。

It is understood that in order to strengthen cooperation and exchanges between China and Sri Lanka and deepen the profound friendship between the two countries.the Sri Lanka international Chinese TV station will continue to exert its own communication and production advantages, implement the " the Belt and Road " initiative, adhere to the principle of friendly and mutually beneficial cooperation between equal, open and innovative, and promote trade investment and tourism between the two sides. The cooperation in development, cultural media, education and employment will build a solid bridge between Sri Lanka and China.
