斯里兰卡国际中文电视台（科伦坡讯/记者 华东）11月16日，据选举暴力监测中心（ CMEV）报告说，截至今天上午10点，斯里兰卡全国各选区共发现69次违规行为，以非法竞选和恐吓居多，其中包括一起枪击事件。报告显示：人民阵线党（SLPP）49人、新民主主义阵线（NDF ）14人、全国人民力量（NPP ）1人、3人未确定身份以及2名政府官员。

center of monitoring election violence (CMEV) reported that as of 10:00 this morning, a total of 69 irregularities had been found in Sri Lanka's constituencies, most of which were illegal elections and intimidation, including one shooting case. Of these, 49 were from the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP), 14 from the New Democratic Front ((NDF)), 1 from the National People's Power ((NPP)), 3 unidentified and 2 government officials.
