Sri.Lanka ICTV (Colombo News/Huadong)The Colombo Port City was today formally declared as a part of Sri Lanka.
The 269 hectare reclaimed land at Galle Face has now been opened for investments.
The project was funded by China and conatructed by a Chinese company.
